Black Enforcers

"TWO MOST DANGEROUS BLACK ENFORCERS IN U.S. HISTORY"
Our friends over at Don Diva magazine recently did a cover story on Nathan Avon Barksdale. Barksdale (based in Baltimore) (2nd photo) is one of the most notorious enforcers in the country. He was recently shot 21 times and survived.
Wayne Perry (1st photo) was once labeled the most dangerous black man in the United States. Perry is the cousin of drug kingpin Rayful Edmonds (who introduced crack cocaine to Washington, D.C.). During his reign of terror, Perry was suspected of 100 (drug trade) murders and he was also a suspect in the murder of Karlton Hines (NBA prospect-turned drug dealer). Perry was also the personal bodyguard for Alberto "Alpo" Martinez. Perry is currently serving 5 life sentences.
