Matthew, who has been known to sow his wild oats indiscriminately in the past, has been slapped with a paternity suit by Alexsandra Wright who is 6 months pregnant. That gives Matthew 3 months to try and buy her silence before the baby is born.
According to TMZ.com, Wright, who is in her 30s, filed the suit in L.A. County Superior Court where she lives and works in the name branding business. Which means she’s a PR chick.
Wright is repped by Neal Hersh, who is currently repping Lamar Odom in the prenup negotiations with Khloe Kardashian.

Amy caught up with the bully inside the shcool and began swearing and eventually spitting on the child. The altercation continued outside the school, where, witnesses say the 26-year-old former addict began hurling abuse at the child’s fellow students, who we assume came to her defense.

The tirade ended when a concerned onlooker (a parent, maybe) stepped between Amy and the children.

TRUE CRIME: (WICHITA MASSACRE)
On the night of Dec. 14, 2000, a witness, described in court papers as ‘H.G.’ went to spend the evening at the home of her boyfriend Jason Befort, who lived in a triplex condo with two college friends Bradley Heyka and Aaron Sander in Wichita. H. G. arrived at 8:30 p.m. Shortly after 11 p.m., the porch light came back on to the surprise of Jason, who was still awake. H.G. reported hearing shouts as someone forced open the door.
She reported seeing a tall black man standing in the doorway. The man would later be identified as Jonathan Carr. He ripped the covers off the bed. Soon, another black man (later described as Reginald Carr) (both in second photo) brought Aaron Sander in from the living room at gunpoint and threw him on the bed. H. G. said the men asked, was anyone else in the house? She told them about two friends in the basement. One of the intruders went to get them.
At this point, the intruders didn’t seem to be interested in money, they made the victims get into a bedroom closet and for the next hour brought them out to a hall by a wet bar, singly or in pairs for sex. The gunmen first brought out the women and made them have oral sex and penetrate each other digitally. They then forced Bradley to have sex with H.G. Then they made Jason have sex with H.G. but ordered them to stop when they realized he was her boyfriend. Afterwards, they sent everybody back to the closet.
A few minutes went by when they opened the door and asked if the victims had ATM cards. Reginald Carr then took the victims, one at a time to ATM machines. On the way back, Reginald Carr told H.G., ‘wish we would have met under different circumstances, you’re cute and we probably would have hit it off.’ “Relax, I’m not going to kill you yet.”
When they all returned home, Reginald raped H.G. Later, when the intruders ransacked the house, they came across a ring that Jason had bought for H.G., that’s how she learned that Jason had planned to propose to her the following week.
After ransacking the house, the Carr’s led the victims outside into the freezing night. At midnight it had been 17.6 degrees and there was snow on the ground. The Carr’s let the women wear a sweater or sweatshirt but they were barefoot and naked from the waist down. The men were marched into the snow completely naked. The Carr’s transported the victims in a truck (owned by Jason) and a car (owned by Aaron). After a short drive, both vehicles stopped in an empty field. The Carr’s ordered the men out of the vehicles and lined them up. Shots were fired.
The Carr’s returned to the women and fired shots. H.G. heard three shots before she was hit; the bullet hit her in the back of the head. She was knocked unconscious and played dead.
As the victims lay dead, with the exception of H.G. (who pretended to be dead) the Carr’s drove off in Jason’s truck, running over the victims as they left. H.G. says, she felt the truck hit her body, too.

Barefoot and naked, in the distance, H.G. saw Christmas lights. With a bullet wound in her head, she managed to walk more than a mile in the freezing cold, through snow, across a construction site, around a pond and a bush until she reached the house. She pounded frantically and rang the doorbell until a young married couple answered. She pleaded, ‘help me, help me; we’ve all been shot. Four of my friends are dead.”
The couple wrapped H.G. in blankets and reached for the phone to call 911 but she would not let them call. She was afraid she would die and wanted to tell them what happened. She described the attackers and what they did as the couple listened in amazement at her courage. Only when she was sure they knew her story she let them call the police. Still thinking she would die, she asked them to call her mother, ‘Tell her I love her.’
By 7:30 a.m., police had a report that the missing truck was outside a downtown apartment building, and that a black man had been seen carrying a television set up to one of the apartments. The police moved in to seal off the area. The officers knocked on the door of the apartment, and after several minutes, a white woman named Stephanie Donly opened the door. She was Reginald Carr’s girlfriend and shared an apartment with him. Police caught Reginald as he tried to slip out a window.
Police later arrested Jonathan at his girlfriend’s house, across town. Fewer than 12 hours after the murders, Reginald and Jonathan Carr were in custody.
Authorities would later learn, one week earlier, the Carr’s carjacked Andrew Schreiber at gunpoint and forced him to drive to an ATM machine. Afterwards, they pistol whipped him and shot out his tires. Later that evening, they shot and killed Linda Walenta (a cellist in the Wichita Symphony Orchestra) in an attempted robbery. Linda, survived the shooting but was paralyzed from the waist down, she would die of her wounds on January 2, 2001.
The defense wanted separate trials because the lawyers for each brother will try to blame the crimes on the other and the police decided not to charge the Carr’s with hate crimes, although, all the victims were white. Some speculate; the refusal had to do with Reginald Carr having a white girlfriend.
Despite all the legal wrangling and legal maneuvering, both brothers were sentenced to death by lethal injection. They are currently sitting on Death Row in Wichita.

This MUST STOP!

Police have a man in custody in connection with the July 25th shooting death of former champion boxer Vernon Forrest. 20-year-old Damario Ware turned himself in to the Fulton County District Attorney’s office on Tuesday. Ware is charged with murder, aggravated assault and armed robbery. He is being held at the Fulton County jail without bond.
Ware is not the gunman in the case, but police are expected to make more arrests by week’s end. Ware is the man seen on an apartment surveillance video that was released by police last week. Police said Ware approached Forrest, 38, from behind after he stopped at a Chevron gas station on Whitehall Street to put air into the tires of his Jaguar.
Ware demanded Forrest’s boxing championship ring, wallet and a Rolex watch. Forrest complied with the robber’s request, then reached under his driver’s seat for his handgun before giving chase on foot.
Police said Forrest lost sight of Ware as he turned the corner at McDaniel and Fulton Streets. But Forrest encountered Ware’s accomplice in the street. The two exchanged words before the gunman shot Forrest 8 times in the back.
Police received a break in the high profile case when tips poured in after Forrest’s murder aired on America’s Most Wanted on Saturday. Ware was previously out on bond for an arrest in March in which he was charged with obstructing a police officer, criminal trespassing and auto break-in. His first court appearance is scheduled for Wednesday morning.

What is wrong with our youth today??? Someone please explain that to me, this young idiot of a man has ruined his life for a freakin watch, ring, and a wallet...WHY with financial aid, trade schools, college why wouldn't someone that young aspire to being more? This man was considered a musical innovator by some but he wasn't a nice man. He inflicted a lot of damage along the way.
Sadly, several of his druggie friends set him up. They brought drugs to his house, they made sure he indulged in the majority of the drugs.
When he was good and high, on the verge of passing out.
These despicable men creeped into his underage daughter's bedroom and gang raped her.
The daughter never fully recovered from the attack. Her personality changed and she became non-responsive. She never underwent therapy (after the attack) and that made her problems worse.
Sadly, she carried a lot of these issues into adulthood.
Only recently, did she start to undergo therapy, she also gave us permission to relate this story to our readers.
Her message: "To me, I always associated the word therapy with a stigma, it took me some time to overcome that stigma and seek help. I'm learning in therapy to stop blaming myself for the attack and this is the message I want to get out to others who have a similar story, it's not your fault and please seek help, it's nothing wrong with getting help!"
She never forgave her drug addicted father for putting her in this situation.

This one chick claims Miss Cicely's assistant was sitting in her seat and when she asked Assistant to move, Miss Cicely went off, to the point of slapping and scratching 'ol girl. Then, when another guest tried to help Miss Cicely down the stairs, they say she slapped his hand away. She must have still been mad about the the seating.

Gone with the wind, saved by a psychicChihuahuas are tiny little dogs, and at six pounds, Tinker Bell the Chihuahua was especially small. So perhaps it won't come as a huge surprise to learn that a 70-mph gust of wind was able to sweep the little girl off her feet. That's precisely what happened to her in April while she was minding her own business at a Michigan flea market.
What may come as more of a surprise is that Tinker Bell flew completely out of the sight of her owners, Dorothy and Lavern Utley, who turned to a pet psychic for help. They said the psychic directed them to a wooded spot almost a mile away from the flea market -- and, what do you know? There was Tinker Bell! After two days on her own, she was hungry and dirty but otherwise fine. Dorothy Utley said the little dog "just went wild" when she saw Utley.

McNair Update

A medical examiner’s findings ends the rampant speculating on whether or not NFL legend Steve McNair’s jumpoff shot him multiple times before turning the gun on herself:

We just spoke with Tennessee assistant medical examiner Dr. Feng Li, who tells us preliminary test results in the Steve McNair death show Sahel Kazemi fired the gun that killed both of them.
Feng — who conducted autopsies on the two bodies — told us he was able to make the determination from the crime scene investigation, police interviews, autopsy findings and preliminary lab results — which include gun shot residue test.
Friends say McNair’s wife, Mechelle McNair, had no prior knowledge of her husband’s 6-month affair with the 20-year-old waitress whom he met last year.
Robert Gaddy, a close friend of McNair’s who phoned 911 from the death scene, denied McNair and his wife Mechelle were divorcing:
“People need to quit talking about what they don’t know. Mac never said anything to me about he was going to get a divorce, and ever since this has all happened everybody is trying to paint a certain picture and they need to talk about what they know.”

After further discussion with a friend of mine I was first under the impression that she did not shoot the gun but then when discussing it with a lawyer associate he mentioned the gun being found underneath her which meant when she shot herself in the head her body fell on top of the gun...what's horrible is that she was 20 and brought all this tragedy onto herself, her family, McNair and family of McNair...I'm not a thief and I hate cheating now I know why and I will always have this memory to remind me of how bad cheating can go wrong.

I Changed My Mind

The other day I endorsed or at the very least implied a suggestion to watch the new reality series "Tiny and Toya" but after reading article below re: Tiny and Toya's daughters and what they allowed them to do I retract any endorsement or implication! Read why below.

According to upset parents, the youngsters gyrated onstage as Wayne rapped his tune “I Want To F*ck Every Girl in the World” — or whatever the name of the track is.
As most of you know, the group’s lead singer is Zonnique, 12, daughter of Tameka “Tiny” Cottle. The other three members are Reginae Carter, 9, Wayne’s daughter with Antonia Carter who stars on Tiny & Toya (which premieres on BET tonight at 10pm); Bahjah Rodriguez, who turns 12 in August, and her sister Lourdes Rodriguez, who turns 11 in September.
Earlier this month, I spoke with Shamra Rodriguez, the proud mother of Bahjah and Lourdes, who told me that Bahjah’s father, Jonathen “John-John” Rasboro (of the R&B group Silk), was not aware of his daughter’s Atlanta audition with the group.
In this post I told you that Bahjah was in tears because her dad was a no-show at the audition. But Shamra did reveal that “John-John” is a deadbeat dad with at least 7 other kids spread around the U.S.
Shamra said “John John” was jailed earlier this year for a month for his refusal to pay child support for Bahjah.
A few loyal readers emailed me after the 2009 BET Awards with their shocked reactions to the Lil Wayne performance. He Knew by Lisa Marie Presley

Lisa Marie Presley just posted a blog on her MySpace Celebrity page about the sudden and untimely death of her friend and ex-husband, Michael Jackson.
It’s long but touching and insightful. Please do read it.

Years ago Michael and I were having a deep conversation about life in general.
I can’t recall the exact subject matter but he may have been questioning me about the circumstances of my Fathers Death.
At some point he paused, he stared at me very intensely and he stated with an almost calm certainty, “I am afraid that I am going to end up like him, the way he did.”
I promptly tried to deter him from the idea, at which point he just shrugged his shoulders and nodded almost matter of fact as if to let me know, he knew what he knew and that was kind of that.
14 years later I am sitting here watching on the news an ambulance leaves the driveway of his home, the big gates, the crowds outside the gates, the coverage, the crowds outside the hospital, the Cause of death and what may have led up to it and the memory of this conversation hit me, as did the unstoppable tears.
A predicted ending by him, by loved ones and by me, but what I didn’t predict was how much it was going to hurt when it finally happened.
The person I failed to help is being transferred right now to the LA County Coroners office for his Autopsy.
All of my indifference and detachment that I worked so hard to achieve over the years has just gone into the bowels of hell and right now I am gutted.
I am going to say now what I have never said before because I want the truth out there for once.
Our relationship was not “a sham” as is being reported in the press. It was an unusual relationship yes, where two unusual people who did not live or know a “Normal life” found a connection, perhaps with some suspect timing on his part. Nonetheless, I do believe he loved me as much as he could love anyone and I loved him very much.
I wanted to “save him” I wanted to save him from the inevitable which is what has just happened.
His family and his loved ones also wanted to save him from this as well but didn’t know how and this was 14 years ago. We all worried that this would be the outcome then.
At that time, In trying to save him, I almost lost myself.
He was an incredibly dynamic force and power that was not to be underestimated.
When he used it for something good, It was the best and when he used it for something bad, It was really, REALLY bad.
Mediocrity was not a concept that would even for a second enter Michael Jackson’s being or actions.
I became very ill and emotionally/ spiritually exhausted in my quest to save him from certain self-destructive behavior and from the awful vampires and leeches he would always manage to magnetize around him.
I was in over my head while trying.
I had my children to care for, I had to make a decision.
The hardest decision I have ever had to make, which was to walk away and let his fate have him, even though I desperately loved him and tried to stop or reverse it somehow.
After the Divorce, I spent a few years obsessing about him and what I could have done different, in regret.
Then I spent some angry years at the whole situation.
At some point, I truly became Indifferent, until now.
As I sit here overwhelmed with sadness, reflection and confusion at what was my biggest failure to date, watching on the news almost play by play The exact Scenario I saw happen on August 16th, 1977 happening again right now with Michael (A sight I never wanted to see again) just as he predicted, I am truly, truly gutted.
Any ill experience or words I have felt towards him in the past has just died inside of me along with him.
He was an amazing person and I am lucky to have gotten as close to him as I did and to have had the many experiences and years that we had together.
I desperately hope that he can be relieved from his pain, pressure and turmoil now.
He deserves to be free from all of that and I hope he is in a better place or will be.
I also hope that anyone else who feels they have failed to help him can be set free because he hopefully finally is.
The World is in shock but somehow he knew exactly how his fate would be played out some day more than anyone else knew, and he was right.
I really needed to say this right now, thanks for listening.
