Waitress Yakeisha Ward (very top photo) told them they couldn't eat take out containers in the Waffle House. Samuel snapped at the waitress and threw one of her waffles in her direction. The waitress jumped across the counter and a fight ensued.
The fight reached the parking lot where the waitress reportedly grabbed a pistol from her car and pulled the trigger. The bullet missed Samuel but a bullet fragment struck her arm.
When police rolled up, the two women were still fighting. The waitress was pistol whipping Samuel in the head with her gun.
Now, Ward faces charges of assault and battery with intent to kill.
